Responsibilities:
CORE RESPONSIBILITY

Job Task?To plan, organize, coordinate and manage logistic operation for domestic shipments and deliveries to local customers.
Job Task? Dealing with delivery complaints, external warehouse and customer return, cancelation delivery, follow up with outstanding delivery schedule and other queries accordingly.
Job Task? Responsible for preparation of shipping documents and ensure accurate declaration submission of shipping documents/reports.
CORE RESPONSIBILITY

Job Task?Update and maintain relevant data into system and proper filing of all shipping documents.
Job Task?Verify forwarder/ transporter invoices and apply BPM submission.
CORE RESPONSIBILITY

Job Task?To communicate and coordinate with Warehouse/Planner/CS/Production personnel on product delivery.
Job Task? Correspond with CS regarding availability, shipment date and method, shipment tracking data and status.
CORE RESPONSIBILITY

Job Task: Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics & goods / stock reports for upper management.
Job Task: To carry out ad-hoc responsibilities and duties that may be assigned by the HOD and Management from time to time .

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: ??????
Required/????At least 2 years of related working experiences in Shipping, Logistic Department and Warehouse operations
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: ??/?????
Required/????Computer literate
Preferred/????High sense of urgency. Good communication, planning, coordination and monitoring skills.
