Job Description

Requirements



Minimum

SPM

qualification with at least

5 years of experience

in

Logistics / Supply Chain

or a related field within a manufacturing environment.

Diploma holders (Fresh Graduates)

are encouraged to apply. Well-versed in

logistics management and operations

. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

. Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in

import/export documentation

. Willing to work

extended or late hours

when required.

Resourceful, energetic, and capable of multi-tasking

in a fast-paced environment. A

team player

with good interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of

ISO 9001

procedures and

SAP B1

system will be an

added advantage

.

Reporting To



Head of Department (HOD)

or any other superior as assigned by the Company.

Responsibilities



Operate the

computerized Weighbridge system

and ensure it is properly maintained and functional at all times. Maintain accurate

Weighbridge documentation and reports

(e.g. Delivery Orders, MPOB forms, Weighbridge Slips) and prepare

daily and monthly reports

. Assist the Executive in

coordinating product deliveries

to customers. Support the Executive in

receiving raw materials and chemicals

.

Monitor cargo readiness

for delivery and shipment schedules. Liaise with

transporters, surveyors, forwarders, and bulking installations

to ensure smooth logistics operations. Oversee

Weighbridge system maintenance and inspection activities

. Assist in

verifying bills and invoices

from shipping agents, forwarders, transporters, and suppliers. Monitor

stock levels of raw materials and finished products

, identify reorder points, and ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders. Carry out

any other duties

assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
