Job Description

Responsibilities:



Prepare Invoice and Packing list for shipment, and liaise with authorities for COO and other shipping documents required. Coordinate import and export shipment with Freight Forwarding Company and transporter for shipping documents and custom clearance. Expedite and follow up timely delivery of imported goods from forwarder, and transporter for supporting project schedule. Evaluate forwarder and transporter performance based on their delivery, quality and services and ensure all criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations. Administer compliance to LMW regulation, laws, guidelines, policy and ISO requirements and control. Have some basic knowledge /experiences on Intercoms, HS Code and application. Ensure proper filling of all documents and records at all time for review. To perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements:



Minimum Diploma in any disciplines At least 2 years of working experience in related field Well versed in warehouse management, shipping procedures and LMW knowhow Responsible, motivated, able to work independently as well as team work Able to communicate and write simple English.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
