Job Description


Our client is a newly set up Data Centre from overseas investment. It is located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru.MAIN RESPONSILIBITIES

  • Oversee and manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with Malaysia Customs regulations and trade policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and government agencies to ensure smooth and efficient shipment processes.
  • Liaison with government department such as SIRIM for import permit.
  • Manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other service providers
  • Monitor changes in import/export laws and regulations, advising management on potential impacts and recommending adjustments.
  • Prepare and submit reports, presentations, and documentation related to import/export activities for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations, optimize inventory management, and enhance customer satisfaction.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in import/export operations
  • Expertise in Malaysia Customs regulations, import/export compliance, and trade documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses own transport.
