Job Description

Castlery is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations Team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with the team to ensure customer\'s orders are fulfilled and customers are satisfied with their experience with us. Your daily job responsibilities are as per below:-What you\'ll be doing

• Assist daily order fulfilment and monitor product shipments through our internal Order Management system including reverse logistics.
• Create necessary documents for returns management.
• Performing goods receipts in our ERP system.
• Assisting in coordinating any special delivery requests or enquiries from customers.
• Liaise with our 3rd Party Logistics for delivery statuses and ensure prompt delivery of orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via emails and our ticketing system.
• Respond to any clearance requirement that include permits related to ensuring no delays with the cross-border trucks.
• Responsible for cross-border trucking capacity planning.
• Responsible for validating and processing customer orders from the time of receipt the order to its closure & billing.
• Ensure customers\' orders are timely and accurately entered in our ERP system.
• Prioritize important tasks and Handle escalation cases.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

What you\'ll need

• Min 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP and e-commerce background is a plus
• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customers\' needs.
• Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, setting expectations with customers.
• Independent and self-driven with problem solving skills.
• Willing to learn and a team player.

Other Details

• Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
• Working Days: Mondays to Fridays (Saturday on Roster Duty)
• Office Location: Johor Bahru
• Hybrid working arrangement
• Contract basis
