• To perform accurately with high quality and desirable productivity
• To liaise with Team Lead, Account Manager and Service Provider on work related issues and resolutions
• To handle day to day job proactively with minimum supervision
• To perform as per EPI standard working process, rules and policy.
• To complete job on timely basis day to day
• Ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with customers and organization objectives.
• Enhance business related knowledge by completing designated courses in BDP University.

• Bachelors Degree Holder ( Minimum)
• Skills: Basic PC & MS Office.
