Job Responsibilities 1) Deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.

2) Multitask in handling multiple calls/chats/emails simultaneously. 3) Respond with good content with proper structuring and grammar. 4) Communicate clearly and efficiently with our customers as well as internal teams. Requirements:
  • Preferably, at least a Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
  • Able to converse and correspond in English.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in logistics field is preferred.
  • Good task management and cross-functional team coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques. Has the initiative and ability to propose new ideas.
About Us Spots Logistics is a web-based 3PL logistics platform for businesses trading in tangible products. Our goal is to simplify logistics for businesses to fulfil their orders efficiently. Currently, Spots Logistics is a leader in Less-Than Truckload (Console) trucking service across Peninsular Malaysia. Spots Logistics is currently expanding our network of carriers and logistics services across Malaysia/Singapore. We are currently looking for a logistics specialist to help us coordinate between our customers and our logistic partners! Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:
