Job Description
Job Location: Landseair office at Iskandar Puteri.
Full-Time :
- Arrangement of ocean freight FCL/LCL, air freight.
- Arrangement of HBL, marine insurance.
- Coordinate freight process with related parties.
- System quoting, sales order & booking confirmation.
- Data entry & verify liner system.
- Freight & shipment: customer relations, telemarketing.
- Support project team enhance freight system & process.
- Additional Subsidy For Candidate if language (spoken & written); Chi (subsidy continuously).
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ Degree.
- Require language (spoken & written): English/ Bahasa Malaysia.
- Require skill: Microsoft word & excel & outlook, communication, organizational skill, good english typing in email.
- Require skill: Basic knowledge of liner online system.
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Candidate who stays nearby will be an added advantage. (Gelang Patah/ Iskandar Puteri/ Skudai/ Bukit Indah/ Perling)
- Preferably Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) ; Sat work flexible (subject to schedule)
