Logistics Cross Border Ecommerce
Job Description
: Analysing and monitoring the performance of our Cross Border deliveries from Japan to destination countries Managing cross border logistics related scope, including but not limited to first mile, transit warehouse, customs clearance, and line haul from Japan to destination countries Managing new projects and new logistics channels release Coordinating with various departments and other regional offices for a smooth operation Communicating & educating both internal and external stakeholders on any new logistics-related processes & policies Requirements: At least 5 years of working experience, preferably with prior experience in cross-border logistics and ecommerce industry involving B2C/B2B2C parcel deliveries Possesses vendor management, negotiation, and project management skills Strong understanding of Japan\'s export customs regulations and policies experience and knowledge about SEA markets import regulations will be advantageous Extensive network with Japanese 3PL companies (freight forwarders/warehousing) Bilingual in English and Japanese to facilitate dynamic collaboration with stakeholders across the region
