Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with

Freight Forwarders

on import and export matters in compliance with

Customs Act and related regulations

. Maintain and ensure the smooth operation of the

ERP Inventory & Billing System

. Prepare and submit periodic

Customs reports

and maintain proper documentation. Manage the

renewal of LMW License

,

Duty & Sales Tax Exemptions

, and other related applications. Submit suppliers' data and reports to the Operations Manager on time. Maintain a proper and efficient

filing system

for effective record management. Liaise with

local suppliers

on deliveries and update supplier quotations. Arrange

transportation

for local materials and finished goods. Support and lead team members to ensure timely delivery of materials

Skills & Attributes

Strong knowledge of

Customs procedures

,

LMW regulations

, and

import/export documentation

. Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal departments and external stakeholders. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to

multitask in a fast-paced environment

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal skills and

attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Advanced Diploma

in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2

years of relevant working experience

in logistics, purchasing, inventory, or warehouse management. Experience with

ERP System

or similar inventory management software preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
