Job Description

Qualification : -

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic ERP software. Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and inventory control practices. Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with any logistic software (QnE system is an advantages) Mandarin speaker and knowledgeable of ISO standard preferably Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Great time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet conflicting deadlines. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Roles and Responsibilities :-

a) Plan, coordinate, and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments (import/export, local delivery).

b) Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

c) Arrange domestic deliveries/export shipments meeting cost efficiency and advantageous delivery alternatives (mode of transport, route) to customers.

d) Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely deliveries.

e) Prepare shipping/transportation documents with relevant product specifications and certificates.

f) Prepare relevant permit declaration, permit application with regulatory authority.

g) Compile, update and evaluate transporter rate, freight cost and performance.

h) Maintain and monitor inventory record and conduct regular stock counts.

i) Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for smooth order fulfilment.

j) Monitor internal and external warehouse capacity and liaise with 3PL/warehouse when necessary.

k) Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and delivery issues.

l) Generate periodic logistics and warehouse reports for management review.

m) Perform any ad-hoc & other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
