Respond to customer inquiries related to shipments, tracking, delivery timelines, and documentation
Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure on-time delivery
Update customers proactively about delays, changes, or issues in transit
Handle order entry, bill of lading creation, and shipment documentation
Maintain accurate logs of interactions in System
Resolve complaints and escalate unresolved issues as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
