Provide essential administrative and clerical support to the logistics department, ensuring smooth coordination of goods movement and information flow.
Issue Delivery Orders (D/O) and invoices, plan daily delivery schedules, update delivery reports, and arrange serviced bike deliveries.
Tally E-invoices, raise exit pass, prepare sales letters, perform filing, and handle other administrative tasks as required.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain well-organized records.
Strong accuracy when entering and analyzing data, minimizing errors in reports and calculations.
1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is preferred.
SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Logistics/Administration/Business Management or equivalent.
Computer literate (Excel, SAP, Word).
Strong attention to detail and willing to work overtime when necessary.
