Plan and oversee logistics operations from procurement to delivery. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations. Manage inventory, conduct audits, and ensure optimal stock levels. Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service issues professionally. Prepare shipping documents and ensure regulatory compliance. Improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with sales, procurement, and technical teams.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of heavy machinery and related parts.
