Job Requirements:

• Degree in Logistic and Supply Chain or any other relevant qualification
• 3 years and above of experience
• Willing to work at Samalaju Industrial Park

Job Scopes:

• Prepare receiving plan based on purchasing plan of materials.
• Arrange for proper handling of material.
• Keep record of delivered material.
• Store materials in warehouse properly
• Scheduling of material transfer within plant.
• Preparation of document related to shipping.
• Control of document for shipping and acceptance of goods
• Networking closely with Forwarding Agents & Shipping Agent
• Prepare shipping plan/schedule based on Sales Order Inquiry/Purchase Order.
• Plan for Loading manpower
• Liaise with customs and concerned parties
• Prepare documents related to tax exemption
• Keep records of facilities, machineries, parts and any other materilas related to tax exemption
• Preparation of shipping documents & tax exemptions for import of raw material, machineries, equipment & spare parts
• Arrangement of transportation of imported material, machineries, equipments &
• spare parts to plant
• Monitor assets belonging to or under control of Logistics Section and contact to concerned department or section if repair or replenishment is needed.
• Manage contractors for logistics operation.

Benefits & Remunerations:

• Salary Range: RM 4000.00 to RM5000.00

Working Days & Hours

• Working Hours: From 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday only
