Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia\'s Health Division is recruiting on behalf of a leading MNC in Biopharma. Our esteemed client has a global presence and manufactures various pharmaceutical products to treat patients across 120 different countries. We are seeking a talented Logistics Executive to join our client team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing inbound logistics at an integrated manufacturing facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Executing day-to-day inbound transactions at assigned regions.
- Verifying shipping documents, coordinating with forwarders/suppliers for the movement of materials, customs clearance, and delivery of materials on site.
- Responsible for floating RFQs to forwarders for new shipments, preparing comparative bids, placing bookings for ocean and air inbound shipments, confirming bookings.
- Monitoring shipments from the loading port until they arrive at the undisclosed location.
- Communicate with the warehouse and user departments to ensure the smooth receipt of inbound goods.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics management, Cold chain experience is a must.
- Experience in managing raw material in logistics; Custom procedures; Documentation.
- GDP practices experience; Desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of shipping routes and transhipment.
