Good in excel Good in power point Tanggungjawab Purpose of the job This contract staff is designed to provide hands-on experience in operational support, with a focus on customer order management, logistics coordination, and business reporting. Key Tasks PO issuing Process purchase order accurately and in a timely manner Follow-up invoices with vendors. Coordinate between internal & external team to ensure all PO has raised before month end. Logistics & Shipment Coordination Book shipments and coordinate with forwarders and transporters Maintain and update distribution cost data in relevant systems Conduct RFQs (Request for Quotation) for logistics-related services Reporting & Presentation Support Prepare regular reports to support operational insights and decision-making Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities Assist in creating presentation slides for internal meetings or reviews Cross-functional Collaboration & Compliance Collaborate with internal teams to uphold high service standards Ensure all tasks are performed in full compliance with applicable laws, safety and environmental regulations, and company policies Matter Manfaat
