Client Background: A well known German multinational engineering company specialize in marine, power generation and turbomachinery business.

Industry: Engineering

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Nearby to Monorial Raja Chulan)

Tenure: Permanent

Salary: Basic Salary + Allowance + Medical + Bonus

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Handling all Import and Export logistic duties

\xc2\xb7 Liaising with authorities for all import and export documentations

\xc2\xb7 Arranging and ensuring logistic arrangement is in order and meeting delivery due date

\xc2\xb7 Liaising with courier and logistic company for sea and air freight

\xc2\xb7 Handling materials purchase and monitoring supplier delivery

\xc2\xb7 Handling billing and customer service

\xc2\xb7 Maintain proper records of shipment data, systematic filing and storage of shipping documents for audit purpose

\xc2\xb7 To plan, coordinate, and execute shipments to meet customer requirements, considering cost, transit time, and delivery deadlines

\xc2\xb7 Handling sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality

\xc2\xb7 Performing other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Studies /Administration/Management or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Supply Chain/ Logistic preferably in an oil & gas, energy sector

\xc2\xb7 Have good experience dealing with local and European countries\' logistic matters

\xc2\xb7 Detail oriented with good analytical skills and meticulous

\xc2\xb7 Required skills: Computer literate, proactive in resolving issues, strong sense of urgency, result oriented, work independently, positive attitude, good team player, excellent communication both verbal and written and interpersonal skill

\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and time-management skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
