Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred) to facilitate communication with our China-based team.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing quality customer service.
• Proven experience in logistics management and understanding of customs regulations is a plus point.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage forwarding services for goods shipped from China to Malaysia.
• Monitor and oversee shipments, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery to customers.
• Communicate with our China-based subsidiary to align on scheduling, shipping updates, and any potential issues.
• Process customs documentation and clearance, adhering to China and Malaysian import/export regulations.
• Update and maintain accurate records for all shipments, tracking the status and current location of goods.
• Arrange and coordinate delivery schedules with the delivery team to ensure timely, efficient last-mile delivery to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on shipping status to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with third-party service providers for transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Proactively resolve any shipping or logistics issues to ensure smooth operations.
