Job Description

Salary: MYR 3,000 - MYR 4,000 Per Month

Location: Pulau Indah, Selangor

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good understanding of import & export procedures, customs operations, and HS codes.

Minimum 1 year of experience in international logistics with Free Trade Zone/IA; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin & English, as the role requires frequent communication with a China logistics team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (familiar with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.

Must be able to work in the office in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

Responsibilities:

Manage all international shipments, including planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.

Manage import and export processes and ensure compliance with all government policies and customs regulations.

Identify shipping issues and implement solutions promptly, and suggest solutions for shipping process optimization.

Support the design and implementation of logistical solutions and work with the team to develop alternatives.

Enhance shipment traceability, generate reports, and perform data-driven decisions.

Ensure accuracy of various documents such as customs files, invoices, and other related shipping documents.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
