Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in logistics.
• Computer literacy with understanding on MS office (MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Required Skills: good communication, planning, organizing & negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems.
• Must be able to negotiate and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in Analytical skill, Problem Solving and Decision Making.
• Able to manage and liaise with internal and external parties.
• A good team player who is initiative, passionate & pleasant personality.
• Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.
• Languages (written & spoken): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Tanggungjawab

• To monitor the warehouse and transport operations process to meet company objectives.
• Manage inventory control and maintain quality standards.
• To implements effective cost reduction initiatives by improving cost structure of warehouse and distribution.
• Handle preparation of export documentation and demonstrate full logistics support functions.
• Prepare the Monthly Logistics Report?.
• Perform administrative and documentation functions.
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery schedules.
• Place shipment order and track shipment status.
• Planning and implementing overall procurement prospects and managing procurement schedules.
• Source and negotiate competitive prices for commodities to support business activities.
• To ensure continuous improvement culture in the workplace through the implementation of continuous improvement programs.
