Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good understanding of import & export procedures, Customs operation and HS codes knowledge
• Minimum 1 year of experience in international logistics with Free Trade Zone/LNW.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin & English, as the role requires communicating frequently with the China logistics team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (familiar with intermediate skills such as Pivot Table, Vlookup) and PowerPoint
• Applicants must be able to work in our office in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Manage all international shipments, including planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Manage import and export processes and ensure compliance with all required government policies and licensing regulations.
• Identify shipping issues and implement solutions promptly, and suggest solutions for shipping process optimization
• Supports the design and implementation of Logistical Solutions Works with other team members to develop alternative solutions.
• Enhance the shipment traceability performance, generate reports, and perform data-driven decisions.
• Examine various documents such as costing files, invoices & another related shipping documents.
• Any ad-hoc tasks to be assigned.
