and ensure all shipping documentation (e.g., Invoice, Delivery Order, Packing List) are correctly prepared and filed.
Liaise with
customer, supplier,
shipping agents, freight forwarders, couriers, and transporters
for shipment arrangements.
Prepare, monitor and update
customs clearance
, including dealing with Malaysian Customs authorities.
Ensure local delivery and shipment arrangements are made for customers and update shipment status to customers from time to time.
Communicate with internal teams (planning, Store warehouse, operations, sales) and external partners (3PL providers, government agencies) to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations & etc
Negotiate
freight rates
and monitor delivery schedules. Control and managed the operation logistics cost within the targeted budget.
Maintain and organize logistics records and reports (shipment data, compliance reports, invoices, K1 & K2 yearly listing).
Handling coordination work in sales, accounts and operation division.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skill:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields or 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations in Malaysia.
Preferred skills: Microsoft Office, & SQL Software
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
