What youll do

• Supervise Signify Warehouse and Transport provider to ensure smooth and on-time day-to-day inbound and outbound delivery and warehouse operation.
• Ensure all Logistics KPI are met while maintaining Customer Satisfaction Coordinate daily transport requirement with transport provider.
• Download Transport document and sent to the warehouse.
• Monitor daily incoming delivery to the warehouse.
• Monitor daily stickering progress in the warehouse.
• Monitor daily delivery outgoing from the warehouse.
• Perform Stock Reconciliation with 3P.
• Perform Stock Transfer in SAP as required Coordinate with Vendor.
• Perform Stock Scrapping in SAP

What youll need

• Fluent English, writing and speaking.
• Fast learner with good analytical skill.
• Good Ms Excel skill.
• Has experience working in the warehouse and or transport company operation.
• Preferable has experience in SAP.
• Will be based remotely at 3PL warehouse (Klang/Shah Alam)
• Able to commit for min 3 months full time internship.
