Drive on-going deep dives and come up with recommendations on how to optimize the current set up or highlight key areas to negotiate with 3PLs.
Contribute to daily logistics reporting and analytics, providing relevant and timely information to highlight key indicators affecting business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Dispute, Payment, Finance, and Fraud teams, and engage in logistics-related inquiries.
Assist in the management of daily logistics tasks, ensuring orders are processed and delivered on time.
Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to claims, including claim files, correspondence, and reports.
Support in resolving seller complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the Head of Operations.
Requirements :
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Able to commit a minimum of full-time internship period for 3 months.
