Job Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and branches.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Monitor and manage stock levels, stock movements, and supply chain flow.
Lead and supervise logistics staff including drivers, warehouse personnel, and support teams.
Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, or bottlenecks promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, transport providers, and internal departments.
Prepare logistics reports, performance analysis, and process improvement suggestions.
Oversee routing, scheduling, and planning of transportation activities.
Optimize warehouse layout, storage arrangements, and daily operational workflow.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in ERP or logistics management software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges effectively.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
