As the Logistics Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods, compliance with customs regulations, efficient distribution, and effective inventory management.

• Plan and coordinate import and export activities.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Monitor and track shipments for timely delivery.
• Stay updated on customs regulations.
• Prepare and submit required customs documentation.
• Resolve customs-related issues efficiently.
• Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and permits.
• Oversee efficient product distribution.
• Optimise distribution networks to reduce costs.
• Develop strong relationships with distribution partners.
• Implement inventory control strategies.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliation.
• Forecast demand and coordinate replenishment.
• Manage and optimise storage facilities.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics management, with a focus on imports/exports, customs, and distribution.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
