Job Description
As the Logistics Executive, you will handle the complete sales order process from receipt to shipment for assigned customers or affiliates. This location is to be based in Malacca / Melaka.
- Manage daily logistics operations, including handling export and import documentation and securing necessary permits from authorities.
- Ensure that all logistics arrangements adhere to regulatory requirements and work procedures, with particular attention to shipping documentation.
- Plan and coordinate transportation to meet delivery deadlines, and oversee shipping arrangements for both import and export shipments.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin are required, as you will need to interact with stakeholders in China and handle logistics documents.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
- Experience in logistics: Minimum 1-2 years experience in logistics, handling import / export - international shipments etc.
- Experience managing shipments from China is a plus
- Must be willing to work in Malacca.
