Logistics Officer

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Manage daily attendance for staff, registering thumbprint for new hires & update details of new hires, resignee & absconded staff in attendance system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly total working hours report.
• Provide monthly data to HR payroll team.
• Provide monthly attendance of outsource worker to vendor, verify the attendance with operations team before sending the attendance report to vendor.
• Source quotation, prepare comparison price for new items before proceed to raise purchase requisitions
• Raise purchase requisitions for all invoices received from vendors
• Seek management approval for payment arrangements for all invoices before submitting to Finance.
• Compile purchase requisitions, invoice and payment approval for each invoice, scan documents & submit to accounts payable team for payment arrangement.
• Filing the documents and maintenance of records
• Apply PTP pass for visitors, staff & arrange for collection at Wisma PTP
• Liaise with transport provider for transport arrangements for visitor.
• Liaise with vendor to arrange quarterly buffet for staff.
• Work with operations team to prepare & compile monthly reports to submit to central purchasing team
• Other Ad-hoc task as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar job function in an established organization
• Experience within the electronics or high technology industry
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Skill in prioritizing requests, work, and multi-tasking
