Coordinate international shipments of copier machines, spare parts, and consumables from overseas suppliers.
Manage documentation for import processes, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and import permits.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments.
Track and monitor inbound shipments; update internal teams on shipment status.
Ensure compliance with import regulations and duties/tariffs requirements.
Arrange and coordinate export shipments of refurbished copiers, spare parts, and related goods to overseas customers.
Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration, etc.).
Ensure compliance with export control regulations and documentation accuracy.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to plan incoming shipments and allocate storage space.
Support periodic inventory checks and reconciliation between logistics and warehouse data.
Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions.
Requirements:
Min. certificate/ Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or any related field.
At least 1 year of logistics or shipping experience (preferably in copier, electronics, or machinery industry).
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel or ERP/logistics software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
