JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in coordinating daily logistics operations. Support in managing inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies under supervision. Assist in preparing quotations and related shipping documentation for filing. Monitor shipment tracking (ETD/ETA) and update the relevant parties accordingly. Assist in updating customers on shipment status and follow up on delivery progress. Help resolve minor logistics issues and discrepancies under supervision. Maintain proper records of logistics transactions and inventory updates. Learn to identify and understand custom Harmonized System (HS) tariff codes. Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, or supply chain processes is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Languages: English, Chinese, and Malay.

Candidates fluent in spoken and written Mandarin are preferred

to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

Able to commit

to an internship period of at least

6 months.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
