Job Description

Key responsibilities

Plan and maintain daily and weekly delivery schedules based on Purchase Orders (POs) and inventory levels. Monitor order fulfilment and expedite urgent order Coordinate with suppliers, customers, drivers and third party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Prepare and distribute daily delivery planning reports. Ensure timely reporting of delivery issues and customer feedback to relevant departments for follow-up and resolution. Adjust delivery schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand Identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and help streamline processes to improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, delivery planning, or transport scheduling. Familiarity with different truck types and their load capacities. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask. Proven record of problem-solving and planning efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools. Able to work well in a team, uphold integrity, and communicate effectively across all levels, from drivers to management personnel.
