Job Details:
Position : Sales Coordinator
Company Industry : Pharmaceutical
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)
Working Location : The Pinnacle, Persiaran Lagoon, Bandar Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Remuneration : Basic RM2,200 to RM2,500 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical benefits
Start Date : ASAP
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Minimum Diploma holder Open for fresh graduate.
- Proficient or familiar with MS Office applications (Microsoft Excel / Office)
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective communication skills and professional communication etiquette
- Perform well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must work well within a team.
- Able to start in short notice
- Only open for Malaysian nationality
- Consignment stock (LTC/SDO) monitoring & tracking
- Billings
- Orders management
- RCNs submission & monitoring
- Perform any additional reports upon request from the management.
- Support in any new assignments/projects upon request from the management
- For all reports/tasks , adhere to the guidelines and timeline. The supervisor will provide timeline info.
