Assist the Sales Head to achieve organizations objectives by defining short term and long terms goals.
Assist in execution the daily sales activities, attend to customers request, quotation, enquiries and sales visitation for medium sales activity or project.
Follow the sales business plan to promote services to existing or potential customer to expand customer database.
Source new sales opportunity and develop new account through inbound lead follow up and outbound calls and emails.
Managing and maintaining close relationship with existing clients to ensure continuous business and customer retention.
Assist to resolve the customer's problems, complaints, within own level authority or escalate to HOD to investigate till up to resolution and expedite the actions.
Assist to follow up the monthly aging report.
Compliance to all related government regulatory and statutory requirements in all business activity.
Assist to review or revise the procedures, work instructions & guidelines.
Good networking and relationships with all level of employee, customers, vendors, and stakeholder.
Ensure the employee adhere to the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy all the time.
Ensure all the activity are compliance with business ethics and Company code of conduct.
Provide people leadership of the functions, coach, motivate and guides for the Company growth.
Obey and execute any other task instructed by the Manager, HOD or higher level at any time.
Working Experience and Academic Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field at least 1-3 years of experience in logistics or transportation sales
Fresh graduates with strong interest may also be considered.
Knowledge in handling the logistic sales industry, import export operations, customer services and warehousing is an advantage added value.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable with field sales, customer visits, and building networks.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess own transport and valid driving licence.
Able to travel to customer sites, warehouses, and ports when needed.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
