Job Summary:BridgeNet Solutions is serving as the 4PL digital provider in the Global Supply Chaino.As the LSP Performance Manager, you will be responsible for performance of the 3PL\xe2\x80\x99s that handle our client\xe2\x80\x99s transportation movements through collaboration with internal stakeholders, the client, and its 3PL\xe2\x80\x99s. This role provides the opportunity to make a clear impact on BridgeNet\xe2\x80\x99s success through its focus on 3PL performance and ultimately, the service provided to the client.III. Essential Functions: (Primary)

  • Responsible for the management of 3PL performance to KPI\xe2\x80\x99s established by the customer
  • Prepare performance metrics and conduct reviews with 3PL\xe2\x80\x99s and the customer
  • Assist in the load tender process and carrier selection
  • Escalate and establish plans to resolve carrier related performance issues
  • Collaborate with regional 4PL teams to identify trends and drive performance
  • Collaborate with global 4PL teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and approach to carrier management
  • Other functions as assigned

  • International business experience
Travel/Meeting Requirements * 10% travel as required, may be more during implementation periods
  • Meetings and conference calls may be required outside of normal business hours to allow for global participation.
