• Manage and implement logistics strategies in all aspects of warehousing operations.
• Responsible for all activities involved in the management of product movement within the supply chain, including but not limited to products receiving, put-away, storage, inventory management, system transaction, product picking, moving, packing, and shipment etc.
• Manage logistics service provider effectively and driving their resources performance to meet Keysight\xe2\x80\x99s expectation, Logistics WWKPI metrics target, Keysight Revenue target and Customer Satisfaction.
• Ensure 100% process compliance within operations, by executing own proactive process control initiatives to spot and fix any potential risks to operations, which are vital to support Keysight business growth.
• Lead and drive process alignment/transformation/simplification emulating OTM logic and leveraging on OTM\xe2\x80\x99s functionality..
• Adopt and build working cultures to embrace and implement an optimized and structured and sustainable operating model towards digitalization.
• Establish a warehouse operating model that is resilience, efficient, robust and sustainable to withstand any circumstantial environment or scenarios.
• Work hand-in-hand to support any Company or Department\xe2\x80\x99s projects or initiatives to drive for continuous improvement and towards operations excellence.
• Fully accountable for inventory management and ensure inventory integrity, quality and meeting all audits and processes compliance.
• Design and analyze operational solutions for end-to-end logistics processes.
• Apply statistical and scientific technique for achieving significant improvements in operational efficiencies for products quality services in warehouses and within the order fulfillment supply chain.
• Analyse logistics processes by reviewing contractual commitments, customer specifications/requirements or related information to determine logistics or support requirements.
• Determine logistics support and infrastructure requirements, such as facility and layout details, staffing needs, workflow UPH, safety and maintenance plans etc.
• Drive, support and coordinate new or on-going programs and activities to ensure its successful implementation till operational stabilization.
• Evaluate and review effectiveness of current logistical processes and work closely with operation teams for continuous improvement by focusing on process simplification, standardization and automation with less human dependency.

• Assess, identify and explore opportunities for improvements by introducing technological concepts to achieve cost savings, improve operational efficiency, and reduce environmental impacts etc.
• Introduce BCP to prepare for various scenarios, eg system down, plant shutdown, airport close etc during times of pandemic and uncertainty.
• Provide capacity planning analyses for for end-to-end logistics processes.
• May have global or multi-sites logistics management responsibilities to address customer escalations beyond regional boundaries.
• Manage and lead logistics digitalization programs requiring coordination with cross functional teams or third parties.
• Perform analysis using raw data reports to identify operational resources requirements for management review and decision.
• Use existing systems report/data to perform planning and make recommendation to operation teams for execution.
• Provide solutions to a broad range of issues feedback from operations or customers of varying scope and complexity.
• Review existing processes of an operation, in view of improving efficiency, productivity and introducing digitalized processes.
• For major recurrent processes, analyze every step for relevance and room for improvement (time-motion studies), focus on process design and re-engineering (continuous improvement).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• Typically, 5-6 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
• Team player, positive and proactive attitude, passionate for continuous learning, self-motivator, excellent communication skills, and ability to apply multiple technologies to creatively exceed the users expectations and drive business value.
• Able to work independently, results-oriented with good data analytics and planning skills, mathematically inclined and strong in Microsoft Office tools and applications (Excel etc).
• Knowledge in Power BI, RPA will be useful.
