The Impact You\'ll MakeWe are looking for an experience Logistics Supervisor who is able to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. Responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation. To be successful as a Logistic Supervisor, you should be experience in optimizing warehousing processes and be an effective team leader. An outstanding Logistics Supervisor should be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills.Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Implementing and overseeing security & safety for Operations
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
• Motivating and disciplining staffs
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
• Check orders, physical items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds and Operation shop floor
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent with 6+ years of related experience
• Willing to work on shift.
• Experience as a warehouse supervisor would be a plus
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
• Proficient knowledge of inventory controls
• SAP knowledge required
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding leadership & strong people management skills
• Ability to manage multiple processes and projects
