Job Description


Job Responsibility Work with Internal and External teams to ensure accurate and timely receiving and delivery of raw materials, services and finished goods. Liaising with Marketing for future promotion plan and ensure supply is adequate to meet planned promotion locally and internationally. Perform routine supply chain operation tasks to ensure the documents and data such as Purchase Requisitions (PR), Sales Order (SO), Delivery Order (DO) and etc are accurate and updated to the system in timely manner. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent supply and quality. Execute procurement activities in line with company\'s policies and procedures. Demonstrate strong leadership and willing to support team member in enhancing procurement skill. Job Requirements Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or any relevant field. Minimum 2 years work experience in procurement and supply chain, preferably F&B Industry. Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin Strong analytical skill in Microsoft excel, power point and etc. Able to thrive in fast pace and rapid changing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills.
