Position: Warehouse Assistant

Tenure: 6 months contract ONLY

Salary: RM 2500-RM3000

Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM

Location: Shah Alam

Job Requirements:

Establish an efficient, accurate and timely internal warehousing and logistic system to realize the punctual material distribution of the production line, o Responsible for the on-site logistics operation of product sales and ensure the safe, timely and accurate delivery operation. Ensure that the incoming and outgoing of warehouse materials are accurate and consistent withSAP, manage and avoid possible differences. Manage and optimize the utilization of the whole warehouse area, processes, and continuouSimprovement activities. Safety always, saving everywhere. To ensure parts, packing materials are kept orderly according to procedure in the storage area. To support and report for stock on spare parts and equipment to Warehouse Executive To ensure inventory are well maintained and stored in good conditions. To carry out good housekeeping in warehouse and yard. To perform any other duties given by management. Report discrepancy (damage or missing inventory) to Warehouse Executive. Operate heavy machine-like forklift to move goods from truck and store at receiving bay delivery Transact all documents in a timely manner Participate in annual stock count and cycle count. Practice good housekeeping, discipline and adhere to safety procedures Adhere and support company quality, safety and health policies

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years working experience in Warehouse / Store or equivalent Knowledge Valid forklift license Possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration/Logistic/ Supply Chain or equivalent. Proficient in MS Office and experience in SAP system. Proficient reading, speaking, written in English. Able to work independently under fast-paced environment. Knowledge of using bar code scanning.
