Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch. Coordinate logistics activities for inbound and outbound shipments (local & export). Ensure accurate inventory records, stock rotation, and timely stock updates. Prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and related logistics documentation. Monitor warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and compliance with SOP and safety requirements. Liaise with transporters, forwarders, and internal departments for smooth operations. Conduct periodic stock checks and assist in variance investigation. Support improvement of warehouse layout, workflow, and stock accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

1-2 years of experience

in warehouse or logistics operations (manufacturing environment is an advantage). Familiar with inventory management and basic computer systems (Excel, ERP/Inventory software). Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks when required. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
