LORRY DRIVER CUM LOGISTICS

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Lorry Driver cum Logistics Assistant to support daily transportation and warehouse activities. The role involves driving company vehicles to deliver and collect materials, assisting with loading and unloading, and supporting general logistics coordination to ensure smooth operations across projects and sites.

Key Responsibilities

Operate company lorries (1-5 tons) safely to transport materials, tools, and equipment between warehouse, suppliers, and project sites. Perform daily vehicle inspections, ensure roadworthiness, and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Assist in loading and unloading goods; ensure proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain delivery records, logbooks, and assist in basic inventory tracking. Support warehouse operations such as organizing storage, packing materials, and stock checking. Coordinate with site supervisors and logistics team for delivery schedules and priorities.
Follow company safety and traffic regulations at all times.

Perform any other duties related to logistics or site support as assigned by the

management.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Valid GDL driving license and clean driving record. At least 2 years of driving experience, preferably in construction or logistics operations. Good knowledge of routes within Klang Valley and surrounding areas. Physically fit, hardworking, and able to handle loading/unloading activities. Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12-16 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
