Join our team as a

Lorry Driver

and play a key role in keeping Mokky's Pizza running smoothly! You'll be responsible for ensuring our F&B products are delivered

safely, on time, and in perfect condition

from our central kitchen/warehouse to outlets and events. This role is all about being reliable on the road, upholding food safety standards, and supporting daily operations so our customers always enjoy the best quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Operations

Load, transport, and deliver F&B products (frozen, chilled, or ambient) to assigned outlets/central kitchen according to schedule. Follow delivery routes and schedules provided by the logistics team. Verify delivery orders against invoices or delivery notes before departure and upon arrival. Handle goods carefully to prevent damage, spoilage, or contamination.

2. Vehicle & Equipment Care

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, brakes). Keep the lorry clean, sanitized, and organized, especially for transporting food products. Report any mechanical issues or required maintenance promptly. Ensure vehicle complies with JPJ, PUSPAKOM, and company requirements (road tax, insurance, licensing).

3. Food Safety & Compliance

Adhere to food safety handling standards (HACCP, GMP, or internal SOPs). Maintain proper temperature control for perishable items during transport. Avoid cross-contamination between allergen and non-allergen products.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Complete delivery documentation (DOs, invoices, PODs) accurately and obtain necessary signatures. Report delivery issues such as delays, wrong orders, or damaged goods to the supervisor immediately. Submit fuel, toll, and parking receipts for reimbursement.

5. Customer Service

Communicate politely and professionally with outlet staff or customers. Handle complaints or special requests with a service-minded attitude.

6. Additional Duties

Assist in warehouse operations when required (loading/unloading, stock arrangement). Support events, catering deliveries, or urgent runs as assigned.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
