Wear proper attire and update attendance before starting work
Inspect truck condition, record odometer reading, and complete maintenance checklist
Warm up engine, turn on freezer, and check hygiene and temperature before loading
Load goods safely with warehouse staff assistance; ensure correct quantity and quality
Organize items based on delivery route for efficient unloading
Carry and manage Delivery Orders; get signatures from outlet staff as proof of delivery
Follow unloading procedures at each outlet and complete delivery within set time
Return to warehouse after delivery, submit documents, and prepare for next task
Ensure truck is clean, fueled, locked, and parked safely at the end of the day.
Job Requirement
Valid GDL driving license
Experience in logistics or delivery preferred
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
2+ years' experience as a lorry driver
Clean driving record.
Must supply a medical certificate.
Experience with goods handling preferred.
Experience with GPS navigation and mapping.
Ability to drive long distances while maintaining focus.
Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
Good communication skills.
