Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery and Transportation:

Safely load, secure, and transport vending machines, products, and supplies to designated locations. Operate company vehicles, such as delivery vans or trucks, in a safe and responsible manner. Plan routes and schedules for optimal delivery efficiency. Maintain accurate delivery records, including receipts and signatures from customers.
Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition. Report any vehicle issues or malfunctions promptly to the appropriate department. Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized.
Inventory Management:

Assist in the organization and management of warehouse inventory, including vending machines, spare parts, and supplies. Help track stock levels and notify the warehouse manager of any shortages or excess inventory.
Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and operating vehicles. Follow company protocols for the proper handling and installation of vending machines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the warehouse and during deliveries.
Documentation:

Complete delivery and installation paperwork accurately and promptly. Assist in maintaining accurate records of delivered products, returns, and exchanges.
Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent. Fresh Grad can apply Willing to work 6 days a week, overtime, weekend and selected public holiday Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (E License, Lorry 5 ton). Previous experience in delivery driving or warehouse operations is preferred. Basic mechanical skills for minor repairs and adjustments to vending machines. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects, perform physical tasks, and work in varying weather conditions. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and documentation. Time management and organizational skills.
