Company BackgroundWe are representing our client one of the largest retail stores with more than 300 outlets across Malaysia. Currently our esteemed client is looking for experience candidate to fill the position of:Loss Prevention, ManagerLocation: Shah Alam, Selangor*This role requires frequent travelling across Malaysia to visit outlets.:

• Lead in identifying and investigating internal thefts and fraud in the store.
• Analyze data related to shrinkage, inventory discrepancies, and incidents to determine areas of concern.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Conduct stores surprise audit accordance with the QSC and ZTC checklists at least one store per day
• Brief the audit findings during exit meetings with store manager/PIC
• Draft, finalize and share the audit findings and reports with management
• Conduct in-store surprise cash count and warehouse delivery check as well as handle ad-hoc request from HQ to ensure the store is 100% compliance with the store policy
• Prepare and present reports on security-related incidents, investigations, and loss prevention initiatives to senior management.
• Assist with stores and warehouse stocktake and ensure completion of all stocktake investigations are on the same day
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant

Role Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to security and loss prevention and strong data analysis experience.
• Have own transport and willing to travel solo extensively across Malaysia.
• Able to work in an office located at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Job details:

• Salary include : Basic + Fixed Car Allowance
• Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
