Summary:
Position Title: Loss Prevention Supervisor (LPS) - In-House Detective
Reports To: Head of Loss Prevention / Store Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct surveillance and monitoring related to theft (shoplifting), fraud, or policy violations. Supervise and coordinate loss prevention activities across assigned outlets. Randomly spot check incoming stocks-warehouse/DSP deliveries Randomly spot check Online deliveries Spot check and monitoring incoming or outgoing stocks movement via back exit or customer exit(front) Ensure adherence to company security SOPs and assist during emergencies. Conduct cycle count upon request by LP Manager
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification, preferably in LP, Security, or equivalent. 2-3 years' experience in retail loss prevention or store security. Strong integrity, observation, and reporting skills. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
