Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area daily (dust, dirt, and garbage).
Follow Open & Close procedures.
Greet customers professionally and courteously.
Achieve sales targets by promoting products.
Manage the payment counter, ensuring all transactions are accurate in the MRS system.
Handle daily cash, bank sales, and update sales in the group chat.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer needs.
Address customer complaints and provide product/service information.
Persuade and encourage customers to make purchases.
Prepare and serve food and drinks (selected branch only).
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least minimum education of SPM.
1-2 years' experience in related field will be an added advantage.
18 years old and above.
Must willing to work on night shift (rotational shift).
Must own an Android smartphone.
