Key Accountabilities:The Loyalty Marketing Manager will lead merchant acquisition and business development efforts for our Loyalty App. The ideal candidate will drive merchant partnerships, expand business opportunities, and enhance the overall value proposition for agents.*:*- Identify, prospect, and onboard new merchants onto our loyalty platform.- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.- Cultivate strategic partnerships with merchants, franchises, and businesses to expand our network and enhance product offerings.- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and agents, serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing support.- Collaborate with merchants to tailor loyalty programs and incentives to enhance agent engagement and retention.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.- Assist merchants in creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns to promote their offerings and drive agent acquisition and retention.- Track, analyse, and report on key metrics related to merchant and agent acquisition, engagement, and retention.- Collaborate closely with agents and internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.Qualification * Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
