Job Description

Performs daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance of all LSR machinery, equipment and systems. Monitors and correct efficiencies of processes. Train employees on jobs and performs machine/mold setups Trouble shoots process and machine issues and repairs/corrects findings I mplement and maintain SIM (Scientific Injection Molding) where appropriate. Pulls, cleans, measures screws and barrels as required \xe2\x80\x93 maintaining updated/accurate database Develop and manage validation protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ) and provide objective evidence that equipment, processes, test methods, and product meet requirements and are compliant with regulations. Generate and maintain documentation for all internal manufacturing processes. Prepare reports timely and accurately as required. To carry out any other duties and job functions when required by superior or persons acting on behalf of the Company. Job Requirements Experience with setting up molds and SILICONE PROCESS for injection molding machines and automated equipment. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in Mould or any related qualification. Minimum 2 years of working experience with LSR molding or related field. Work arrangements Office hour : 8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
