We are dedicated and passionate about our vision - to be the leading provider of total customer solutions in the oil sector and its allied businesses.We are seeking dynamic & innovative individuals who have the drive to make a difference & are fueled to succeed!Responsibilities: * Manage and provide guidance to direct and indirect customers on lubricants and specialties related businesses, in close coordination with other line of businesses and Technical Advisor to accomplish distribution coverage objectives.

  • Accomplish business objectives securing new direct lubes business including contract administration, credit, network optimization, price list, new distributor acquisition.
  • Work within specific territory to develop an effective annual business plan, which focus on key sectors and activities needed to support execution of plan. Key focus on Sales Pipeline Management and Market Intelligence.
  • Shared responsibilities with distributors including sell out efforts with their direct sales force, and coaching and training distributor sales force.
  • Provide critical link between Petron and distributors for supply chain related matters including orders, delivery, standard offer and demand planning.
  • Support distributors in implementing approved sales and marketing plan/programs for respective market to achieve volume and profit goals.
  • Feedback to management on distributor program effectiveness, changing customer needs and actively involves in the development of strategic plans to address changing market environment.
  • Foster good communication and cross-functional cooperation required to achieve sales goals, with Retail Fuels, Marketing, Pricing, Customer Service, Supply and Manufacturing (demand forecasting), Technical Services, Controllers, and others critical to the distributor business.
  • Monthly / Quarterly (reviews) monitoring of volume, product mix and margins of respective distributors.
  • Maximize the effectiveness of sales assets or capex deployed within assigned markets. Constantly monitor and adjust to respond to market and competitive conditions
Qualifications: * Possess Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration or Economics any related fields with CGPA 3.00
  • Minimum 3 years admin/secretarial experience. Able to prioritize work to meet several managers needs
  • Good in computer skills \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft office
  • Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
  • Possesses good command and written in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good communicator, time management
